Privacy Policy — PhotoReminder
PhotoReminder ("the app") is developed and published by AWM WORKS Co., Ltd. ("AWM", "we"). In short: everything happens on your device. We do not collect, receive, or share your personal data.
1. Your photos
- The app asks for Photos access to read when each photo was taken, show photos for you to review, and move photos you choose to delete into Recently Deleted.
- When you create a pattern, the app analyzes images with Apple's Vision framework on your device only to find similar-looking photos (for example, bank transfer slips). The result is a set of numbers used for comparison; the app does not read text in your photos.
- Photos and analysis results never leave your device.
- Photos are deleted only when you choose to, and iOS asks you to confirm each time. Deleted photos stay in Recently Deleted for 30 days.
2. Data stored on your device
To work, the app keeps the following in its own storage, on your device only:
- your settings
- the patterns you create, including small sample thumbnails and their analysis results
- the iOS identifiers of photos you chose to keep or were already reminded about (identifiers only, not the photos themselves)
This data may be included in your device backups (iCloud Backup or computer backup), depending on your settings. Those backups are covered by Apple's privacy policy. Deleting the app removes this data.
3. Notifications
Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. They do not pass through our servers.
4. Purchases
Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your card or payment details; the app checks purchase status on your device using Apple's StoreKit. You can cancel a subscription in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
5. What the app does not do
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No advertising and no tracking across apps or websites.
- No analytics or third-party SDKs.
- We do not sell, rent, or disclose your data to anyone.
6. Your choices and rights
You can turn off Photos or notification access at any time in Settings > PhotoReminder. To remove all app data, delete the app. We hold no personal data about you outside your device, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on your behalf. If you have questions about your rights under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the EU/UK GDPR or other privacy laws, contact us below.
7. Children
The app does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
8. Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. If the app ever starts collecting a new type of data, we will tell you in the app first.

1. รูปภาพในเครื่อง

- เมื่อคุณสร้าง Pattern แอปจะวิเคราะห์ลักษณะของรูปด้วยฟีเจอร์ Vision ของ Apple บนเครื่องของคุณเท่านั้น เพื่อหารูปที่หน้าตาคล้ายกัน เช่น สลิปโอนเงิน ผลการวิเคราะห์เป็นชุดตัวเลขที่ใช้เปรียบเทียบรูป และไม่มีการอ่านข้อความในรูป
- รูปภาพและผลการวิเคราะห์ไม่ถูกอัปโหลดหรือส่งออกจากเครื่องของคุณ
- แอปจะลบรูปก็ต่อเมื่อคุณสั่งลบ และ iOS ยืนยันกับคุณทุกครั้ง รูปที่ลบจะอยู่ใน "ลบล่าสุด" และกู้คืนได้ภายใน 30 วัน
2. ข้อมูลที่บันทึกในเครื่อง
แอปบันทึกข้อมูลต่อไปนี้ไว้ในพื้นที่ของแอปบนเครื่องของคุณเท่านั้น เพื่อให้แอปทำงานได้
- การตั้งค่า เช่น จำนวนวันที่จะแจ้งเตือน และรูปแบบการแจ้งเตือน

การสมัครสมาชิกและการซื้อในแอปดำเนินการผ่าน App Store ของ Apple ทั้งหมด เราไม่ได้รับข้อมูลบัตรหรือข้อมูลการชำระเงินของคุณ แอปตรวจสอบสถานะการซื้อผ่านระบบ StoreKit ของ Apple บนเครื่องเท่านั้น คุณยกเลิกการสมัครสมาชิกได้ที่ การตั้งค่า > [ชื่อของคุณ] > การสมัครรับ
5. สิ่งที่แอปไม่ทำ

6. สิทธิ์ของคุณ
คุณยกเลิกสิทธิ์เข้าถึงรูปภาพหรือการแจ้งเตือนได้ทุกเมื่อที่ การตั้งค่า > PhotoReminder และลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดของแอปได้โดยการลบแอป เนื่องจากเราไม่ได้เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณไว้ที่ใดนอกเครื่องของคุณ จึงไม่มีข้อมูลที่เราต้องเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบแทนคุณ หากมีข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับสิทธิ์ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) ติดต่อเราได้ตามช่องทางด้านล่าง
7. ผู้ใช้ที่เป็นเด็ก
แอปไม่ได้เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลจากผู้ใช้ทุกวัย รวมถึงเด็ก
8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
หากมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง เราจะปรับปรุงหน้านี้และวันที่มีผลด้านบน หากแอปเริ่มเก็บข้อมูลประเภทใหม่ เราจะแจ้งให้ทราบในแอปก่อน
